Meet and greet procedures - baggage claim
- If you have scheduled a meet and greet (you will be asked your preference when making your reservation) for your arrival airport transfer at the Nashville Airport, your chauffeur will meet you at the bottom of the escalator in the baggage claim area. - If you did NOTschedule a meet and greet at baggage claim, you will meet your chauffeur at the "Limousine Lane".
- Directions to Limousine Lane - Once you have arrived at the Nashville Airport and claimed your luggage on the baggage claim level, take the escalator down to the Ground Transportation Level. You will exit the Terminal through the Glass Doors and cross over into the adjacent Parking Garage. Once you have exited the Terminal you will see your chauffeur holding a greet sign with your name.
- There are signs posted in the Nashville Airport that will guide you to the Limousine Lane as well.
